Studio Location & Arrival Information

Studio Location:

The studio is located in Surrey, BC

You will receive the full address and arrival directions once your booking is confirmed.

The space is designed for comfort and presence. Soft music, ample space to prepare and a calm environment where you can settle in before photographing begins.

Parking:

You will find free parking on-site.

Spaces are located close to the studio entrance for easy access.

If someone is accompanying you, they are welcome to sit in the lounge area during your session.

Arrival:

Please arrive at your scheduled time.

Your setup will already be prepared so you can begin without rush.

If you are running late, send a message so we can adjust pacing accordingly.

Hours & Availability

Studio sessions are available:

Tuesday through Saturday

by appointment

Evenings are occasionally available depending on the session type.

Weekday appointments provide the most scheduling flexibility and are recommended for those booking a hair & makeup service.

If you require a specific date or are planning this experience for an important milestone, booking early is encouraged.

Ordering Artwork & Delivery Process

Your artwork selection takes place during your private reveal appointment. This is where you will see your portraits displayed in a curated presentation so choosing favourites becomes clear and enjoyable.

Fine art matted prints

Framed wall art pieces

Multi-piece portrait collections

Reveal boxes

Albums

Digital files paired with prints.

All artwork is created using archival quality materials intended to last generations.

Delivery

Once finalized, artwork is professionally produced and inspected before leaving the studio.

Delivery options include:

Studio pickup

Hand delivery (fee may apply)

Shipping within Canada (costs will be quoted depending on location)

Turnaround ranges from 4-6 weeks, depending on format and finish.

Your final pieces are prepared as heirlooms. Not just images.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the average session?

Most sessions run approximately 1.5-2 hours, depending on styling and pacing. Only one session is booked per day so we can run longer if we need to.

Do I need to know how to pose?

No. You will be guided gently through every moment.

When will I see my images?

We will go through the images at the end of your session to narrow down the images. Within 7 days we will have your image reveal appointment to make final selections.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes. If it supports your comfort, you are welcome to bring a friend or family memeber.

Will my images be retouched?

Treatment is subtle and natural. Portraits are refined, not altered.

What if I feel nervous being photographed?

That is normal. The pacing, direction and environment are designed to help you relax and feel grounded.

Studio Policies

Rescheduling

Session may be rescheduled within a minimum of 72 hours' notice.

Rescheduling within 72 hours' will require a rebooking fee of $200

Session Fee

Your session fee confirms your date, studio time, planning and reveal appointment.

Session fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date.

Artwork Purchases

All artwork purchases are final once approved, because each piece is custom made.

Children & Pets

Children and pets must be supervised at all times within the studio environment.

Safety & Conduct

The studio is designed as a respectful, emotionally supportive environment. Any for of unsafe, disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may end a session without refund.
